Pink Samsung Galaxy Note III to join the black and white versions

Since the old Samsung Galaxy Note II has a total of six color versions (grey, marble white, brown, blue, pink, and ruby wine), it should not come as a surprise if the new Note III will be released in more than just two hues. Sam Mobile has it from “an insider” that the Note III will be available in black and white first, with a pink version arriving later.
The black and white Galaxy Note III models should start shipping… Read more

Samsung GT-i9506 (possible Snapdragon 800 version of the Galaxy S4) clears the FCC

The Samsung GT-i9506 is believed to be an international version of the Galaxy S4 with LTE-Advanced connectivity. Like the S4 LTE-A that was exclusively launched in South Korea in July, the GT-i9506 seems to have a Snapdragon 800 chipset inside.
The existence of the GT-i9506 is now confirmed by the FCC. The Commission’s documents show that this is indeed an S4 variant, but can’t clarify if there’s any LTE-A flavor in it. The only LTE band mentioned by the FCC… Read more

Red Samsung Galaxy S III Mini launching in February

Samsung‘s Galaxy S III Mini can be bought only in white and/or blue at this very moment. But more color versions are going to be released soon: black, red, and grey. We’ve got our hands on a photo that shows the handset in red — garnet red, to be exact. The big Galaxy S III is already available in this color.
The red Galaxy S III Mini will be launched in Taiwan first, starting February. It looks like it’s going to… Read more

Alleged image of Samsung Galaxy S4 doesn’t show the real device

There’s a leaked image that’s making the rounds on the Internet today, and some believe it reveals the Samsung Galaxy S4, which will be officially introduced later this year. Sam Mobile claims it got the image from an “insider at Samsung.” Here it is:

We will not discuss the authenticity of the image — it seems to be a photo of a computer screen that shows a render of the supposed S4 (yes, we know how that sounds).
But we… Read more

Not really delayed: Samsung Galaxy Premier available in Russia now

A few weeks ago, several online publications noted that Samsung delayed the launch of its Galaxy Premier GT-I9260 Android Jelly Bean smartphone until January next year. It all started from SamMobile — a very reputable source, we must mention — which assumed the Premier would be generally available from the end of January onward, and just a few markets would get it earlier in the month.
However, we’ve been tipped that the Galaxy Premier can be bought as of now… Read more

Samsung SGH-T999L. Is this T-Mobile’s Galaxy S III with LTE?

T-Mobile is the only major carrier in the US that doesn’t have an LTE network. Sure enough, it does offer 4G services, but they’re limited to HSPA+ 42Mbps. All this will change next year, when T-Mobile is going to launch LTE, obviously helped (financially) by its parent company, Deutsche Telekom. T-Mobile’s official goal is to roll-out its LTE network and cover roughly 100 million people by mid-2013. Thus, it could introduce quite a few LTE smartphones and tablets in the… Read more

Samsung Galaxy Grand I9080 and Galaxy Grand I9082 (dual SIM) launching with Jelly Bean next year

Two Samsung smartphones have been officially presented today, the Galaxy Grand I9080, and Galaxy Grand I9082. They share the same design, and the same features, but the latter allows you to use two SIM cards at the same time — so, yeah, it is a dual SIM handset.
As its name implies, the new Galaxy Grand family is all about large devices: the I9080 and I9082 measure 143.5 x 76.9 x 9.6 mm each, and sport 5-inch displays. The trouble is… Read more

Google intros Samsung Nexus 10, LG Nexus 4, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

Google has officially unveiled two new Nexus devices, both running a newer version of Android, called Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The two Nexuses are the Samsung Galaxy 10, and the LG Nexus 4.
The Galaxy 10 is Google’s first 10-inch tablet. And it seems to be the nicest tablet ever built — yes, even nicer than Apple’s iPad, which, whether we like it or not, is the best selling tablet at the moment. The new Nexus comes with a stunning… Read more
